The buses will leave from the Austin Marriott Downtown promptly at 3 pm. Make sure you’re there a few minutes early to get your spot on the bus. They will pick you up around the corner from the main entrance of the hotel on Trinity Street.
We have reserved a hotel block for those coming in from out of town. We highly recommend taking advantage of the hotel block - transport to and from the venue will be provided from the hotel. The venue is a 45-minute drive from the hotel, and we can’t guarantee that you will be able to get an Uber from the venue late at night. If you would like to stay in an Airbnb, there are plenty of options both in central Austin and closer to the venue. Unless you plan to explore the Hill Country, we recommend staying closer to central Austin and taking the bus to the venue so that you won’t have to rent a car. Downtown Austin is a short (~15 minute) Uber ride from the airport, and all wedding weekend activities other than the wedding itself are in central Austin.
If you plan to stay in and around downtown Austin and take the provided transportation to and from the venue, you will not need to rent a car. There is plenty to explore within walking distance or a short Uber ride from the hotel.
If you require special accommodations, please let us know in your RSVP! Our venue is more than happy to prepare food in accordance with any dietary restrictions or allergies if advanced notice is given. In addition, our buffet will be entirely gluten and dairy-free, and will include vegetarian and vegan options - you're more than welcome to partake in those in addition to any specially prepared meals as you please. Yes! When you RSVP, you will be able to specify which family members are going. (If you don’t see a field to add your kids, reach out to us!) In addition, for any younger children who are interested, our venue can provide a kids meal in addition to our existing menu options. Please let us know if you'd like to elect this option.
