Ferry Option I - Viking Fleet Montauk Ferry, LI

For those of you who wish to travel by foot, the Montauk speed ferry has parking just steps away from the ticket booth. Enjoy a beautiful boat ride for approx. 1 hour and 15 mins before you step foot on "The Block". Please note that this ferry runs once a day to and from the Island. The ferry from LI to Block Island sets sail at 10am and departure from Block Island to LI is at 5pm. For more details or booking tickets, please see their website. Ferry Option II - Point Judith Block Island Ferry, RI

For others who would like more flexible travel times or to take their car on "The Block", check out the Point Judith Ferry. Please remember that once on the Block, the Island is relatively small and any location is just a short cab ride (or bike ride!) away. There are two ferry options at the Point Judith location: -Traditional (Vehicle & Passenger): Duration is 55 min. Please see website for departure times, tickets, and vehicle reservations. The reservations for vehicles fill quickly & open for booking in January 2020. It is advised vehicle reservations are made ASAP in order to insure your desired day &time slot! -Speed Ferry (Passengers ONLY). Duration 30 min. Please see website for departure times & tickets. This is the hotel where our ceremony & reception will be! There are three buildings owned and run by the Spring House: The Main Building, The Mott House and The Inn. There is a 2-night minimum and a block will be in place until April 1, 2020. Feel free to reserve within or even outside the blocked rooms! Each location has their fair share of ocean views and by staying on premise, you'll be right in the center of the action.
