We're Getting Married!

On a cold winter day a little over a year ago two people were destined to meet and so they did while celebrating love of a gorgeous couple. Andrei was hosting the wedding and Diana was a guest. At the end of the wedding Diana's best friend Irina was pushing her to go and introduce herself to "TheAndreys". Hesitant, yet firm, in her decision Diana found a reason to come up and say 'hi'. After a quick small talk Diana turned around and walked away. Ready to go home and relax Diana headed to her car, however Irina was determined to get to know these guys a little more. She talked them into going to downtown to hang out. They first went to Temple Coffee for some coffee and they collectively decided that they were hungry and stopped at a Japanese restaurant on the corner from Temple. There, at the restaurant, Diana sat next to Andrei and the evening went by with lots of conversation, smiles and laughs. It was getting late and so Diana headed home not thinking much of the whole evening and tried really hard not to get her hopes up. A couple of days later Andrei found Diana on Facebook and sent her a message wanting to get to know her better. They went on their first date April 1, 2017 and fell in love by October 2017.

Andrei knew he wanted to marry Diana since October 2017. After visiting the Alpaca Farm Andrei knew 100% that Diana was his girl! The process started long before the actual proposal. Andrei went to the jewelry store in December 2017 and custom ordered the perfect ring. After receiving the ring in January Andrei took time to pray and find the perfect way to ask. When February came around Diana had a dream of having a Valentine's Day Photo Shoot so she did all the planning and scheduling. While Diana was planning the shoot, Andrei was planning the proposal. "Will You Marry Me" were incorporated in the shoot without Diana finding out. On February 17, 2018 Andrei popped the question. In the morning he asked if Diana would like to go to his friends house for a house warming since they just purchased a new house. Diana gladly agreed and in the evening after taking her nap she got ready and together they went to celebrate with their friends. As they came into the backyard it was beautifully decorated with candles and white roses all around. Diana was told that Irina does this for all her guests so without thinking much of it Diana went along with the story. Then they told us that they have prepared a slideshow, given they are in that business Diana once again was clueless. Once the slideshow started rolling Andrei and Diana sat cuddled up enjoying every moment. Then the last slides started popping up with each picture spelling out "Will You Marry Me"! With a sudden shock on her face followed by a huge smile Diana said YES! Shortly after their closest friends ran out to congratulate and celebrate the new chapter in Diana's and Andrei's lives.
