Andreia was attending Christ Church. Robbie was the new guy at church and was quickly invited out for ice cream after the service by a group of friends, where he had his very first conversation with Andreia. Introductions were barely over before Andreia launched into a childhood story that some might say was better left untold. For your sake I will not go into the details of the story here. After such a charming first impression, it’s no wonder Robbie was intrigued by Andreia. Fast forward two years of friendship… Andreia had by then refined her choice of stories, and she and Robbie found themselves talking more after Sunday services. Somewhere along the way, Andreia developed a crush-one that, despite her best efforts at playing it cool, was probably more obvious than she realised. Luckily, her feelings were reciprocated by Robbie. Soon, that quiet affection began to blossom into something more. Robbie took a proactive approach, first impressing Andreia with a quirky coffee shop that doubled as an Asian eatery. Not long after, he completely won her over by surprising her with flowers and taking her to a Korean restaurant for what became their very first official date. From that point forward, they saw each other nearly every day. They have now decided they would like to continue this trend by the Lord’s grace for the rest of their lives.
