It's Finally Happening!

Tracey & I have traveled a long 20-year journey, but no matter what life threw our way, or the directions it pulled us, we always found life eventually pulled us back to each other. In the Fall of 2001 at Texas A&M University, where we both were attending school, a mutual friend asked us to go to the movies on Halloween. Little did either of us know we were being set up on a blind date! As it was time to load up an go out, our friend baled on us and left the two of us to see the movie on our own. (We both should have seen that coming, they said that they had to "Study" yeah right! lol) Well we trekked forward and went anyway and from then on, the sparks flew and no matter where our choices took us, different relationships, different cities, we always gravitated back to each other. Over the past 20 years we've grown to a friendship and relationship that couldn't be described as anything other than God's planned Destiny. In 2010, God blessed us with the greatest gift we could have never imagined, our amazing daughter Makayla. He knew what he was doing because she not only tested us as individuals but also together as a couple. But she made us stronger, wiser, and closer. Together we have grown as parents and figured out that no matter what the odds, our love for each other and Makayla will withstand any storm and a million lifetimes.
