Our first date dated with breakfast at P&at Truck Stop and then we spent time preparing for sugaring season. We were close from the start of our relationship where neither one of us asked the other out but we knew we were together. Over the past 7 years we’ve traveled, purchased an apartment building, started a family and welcome Henley Jane into our lives and purchased our new home. Andre proposed at his sugar house on March 26, 2022 surrounded by loved ones who could attend our cookout while we boiled. Although we haven’t boiled every year, it’s become part of our lives and our love story. The past 7 years have been great with minor bumps in the road but we’re always there for the other one.
