We're getting married!

Andre and Laura met in 2009 via an introduction by a mutual friend. Even though their lives were vastly different, there was always a special spark between them. They enjoyed six years of friendship, during which they spent time with friends, went to music events, and made art together. In 2015, Laura encouraged Andre to promote his tattoo artistry more. She built a website for him for trade for a tattoo coverup, and started managing his social media presence for him. At that time, each of them was going through their own turmoil in their separate personal lives. As they spent more time together working on Andre’s online presence, they grew closer. In their nine years as a couple, Andre and Laura have had some incredible adventures. And they’ve grown a lot, too. From traveling to music festivals and hanging with family to creating a home and adopting a dog together, the pair approaches each affair as a team with enthusiasm and skill. Their traits, values, and approach to life complement each other well. Each day brings a new opportunity to continue to create a wonderful life together. As much as their relationship means to them, family is just as important to the bride and groom to be. Both the Bernals and Hulberg/Kellys have welcomed each other’s partner with open arms, which they are eternally grateful for. Andre and Laura truly feel that each branch is not “your family,” or “my family,” but “our family.” Most importantly, they have immense love and pride for Andre’s daughter, Icela. Andre and Laura’s upcoming wedding celebration will set the stage for even more bonding and blending of their family. What does the future hold for the bride and groom? If the last nine years together is any indication, it’s sure to hold more adventure, growth, and certainly some trials. As Andre and Laura take this big step into the next chapter of their lives, they commit to love and uphold each other in body, mind, and spirit. They plan to continue to grow their businesses and investments, purchase a home, travel more (first stop, honeymoon in Spain!), create more art, and love each other through it all.
