Mother of the Bride
She is more than just a mother and mom. She is also a teacher, provider, nurse, friend, shoulder to cry on, ear to listen to, and so much more. While she may not be perfect, there's no one else in this world I would rather call Mom <3.
Dad of the Bride
This man is a great dad to his kids, biological and unbiological. My family is a mix of beautiful people who are proof that blood isn't what makes you a family; Calvin joining our family some years ago has only made our family more whole.
Mother of the Groom
She is more than just a mother and mum. She's always doing something, whether it is pro-crastinating (productive procrastination) or actually doing one of the many tasks she sets herself. Until I met other people's parents I didn't realise how weird mine were, I'm so glad that I can say that with a smile because almost all of that strange falls directly into the wonderful category.
Father of the Groom
There are not enough words to describe this man aptly, I often hear remarks of "now I understand" after my friends have met him. I like to think that I gathered only the best traits from him, so don't tell me otherwise. He has been so many things over the years, and roamed a far number of countries but he will always be the Dad who picked his son up from school five hours late.
Groomsman
We shared a home for almost two decades, he was one of my first friends and despite our differences always seems to stick around. He was the first of the Appleton-Tattersall clan, so far successful in converting one & creating another.
Bridesman
Meeting Tristan nearly one full year ago, our friendship has grown mostly based on us constantly making fun of each other, our mutual love for rock music and MomoTea, and the exchanges of avocados for a lift home after he's been so gracious to not only have me over, but also feed me his food. His giraffe-like height has proven to come in handy time and time again. He's a genuinely nice guy, with such a big heart (and head), has dad jokes that just don't quit, and he's just an all around quality bloke. I am truly grateful that our friendship has blossomed into what it is.
Bridesmaid
Also knows as Kristwin, she is the brides best friend. I've never met anyone who has the travel bug quite like her, and our adventures are the best. She's everything you could want in a best friend, and more, and I get to call her mine!
Bridesmaid
The best friend of the bride! She is truly a jill of many trades. There's no one in the world who I can sit down with in front of the tv watching Friends with while eating our cheap Chinese take out for hours at a time, besides her. Her laugh is contagious, and our ability to laugh with (and at) each other is my favourite thing.
Best Man
He has been many things to me over the years, from a friend in high-school to my very own pet in Patterson Court. Having traveled the world together, he's seen, heard and experienced everything but seems to thoroughly enjoy retelling all the worst stories. A Skilled Musician and qualified Environmental Earth Scientist, Martin's a real menace.
Best Woman
Amber mothered our friend-group right into adulthood, for better or worse. She's now retired from this role, a grand-mother (of sorts) & focuses her efforts on raising our youngest addition Tristan, into a fine young man who will soon be her husband. She keeps prisoners in line, so I don't think she'll have trouble with him.
Grooms-tographer
Blake was an integral part of my Disney College Program, his inability to make decisions on where to eat lead to many arguments & a fast friendship. I don't want to ruin his reputation, but I can tell you he is a top quality bloke.
