What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 2:30–2:45 PM so you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in before we walk down the aisle.

Where do I park?

Answer

Parking is available at the Andreas Oasis Ranch at 28200 Vía Las Palmas, Thousand Palms. Parking signs and instructions will be throughout the property.

Will there be transportation between the hotel and the venue?

Answer

The venue is about 8 minutes from the Best Western. We recommend coordinating rideshares with other guests, as Uber and Lyft availability in Thousand Palms can be limited late at night.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

October is a beautiful time in the desert. Expect daytime temperatures around 85–90°F, cooling down to the mid-60s by evening. The ceremony and reception are outdoors/at a ranch venue, so layers for the evening are recommended.

What is the dress code?

Formal attire. Think floor-length gowns or cocktail dresses for guests, and suits or tuxedos for the gents
