Both the Ceremony and the reception are being held at the Sunset Hill House. Sometimes it will come up on maps or google as the Inn at Sunset Hill. The address is 231 Sunset Hill Rd, Sugar Hill, NH 03586. The Ceremony will take place in the backyard area along with the cocktail hour. The reception will take place under the tent on the grounds very close to the ceremony and cocktail hour area.

Unfortunately, there is not a room block available because the closets hotels to our wedding do not offer room blocks. Please check out our travel page for the closest accommodations.
The dress code for our wedding is Semi-formal/formal. Suits and cocktail dresses are welcome, along with tuxes and gowns. We encourage the more formal the better but understand that isn’t feasible for everyone.
The Inn has a small parking lot. If that is full when you arrive there will be plenty of parking on the side of the street. You will not have to pay for parking.
Unfortunately we are not including a shuttle to and from the room block hotels. There is parking for those who feel comfortable driving. Please stay safe and plan on car pooling if you do not.
Ceremony and Cocktail hour are planned to be outside. The reception will be tented. Of course, we can't guarantee perfect weather. We are hoping for high 60's low 70's but please come prepared for anything. The New Hampshire mountains can be very unpredictable. It normally gets very cold at night so the tent will have a heater if needed but be prepared to leave the reception at a colder temperature.
Cocktail hour will start right after the ceremony. There will be hors d'oeuvres and an open bar. That will last until 5 and then guests will be led into the tent for the reception and dinner.
We love your kids but since we have an extremely large guest list we have limited the invite to adults only (not counting kids that are part of the wedding party.) We appreciate your cooperation.
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.
The ceremony and reception will both be on grass. It may be a little uneven but pushing a wheelchair shouldn't be an issue.
We love photos! We are asking for an unplugged ceremony so all guests can be fully present but other the ceremony please feel free to take the picture you want and feel free to post them!
Unfortunately the Inn is fairly small so the Inn can only accommodate close family and the bridal party. There are plenty of beautiful hotels/inn/airbnbs in the area that we know you will love!
We want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our day. There will be meals to choose that should accommodate your needs when you RSVP. If there is not, please let us know.
