Things To Do

If you are planning on spending the weekend in Philadelphia, or would like some recommendations for your downtime, here are some of our favorite things to do in Philly and Bucks County!

South 9th Street & Christian Street

Philadelphia, PA 19147

Most of our Sundays in Philly are spent on 9th and Christian Streets, which is home to the Italian Market! We love going to Mass at St. Mary Magdalen's on Montrose Street, and immediately heading to Anthony's for a cappuccino and pastry! You can visit DiBruno Bros. or Claudio's for meats and cheeses, or head to Angelo's for a pizza or cheesesteak!

Liberty Bell

526 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106

If you'd like to explore some of Philadelphia's history, you can visit the Liberty Bell (no fee), Independence Hall and City Hall (no fee).

Philadelphia Museum of Art

2600 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia, PA 19130

The Franklin Institute

222 North 20th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103

Rittenhouse Square

Philadelphia, PA

If you are looking for something to do Saturday morning, the Rittenhouse Farmers' Market will be open from 9am-2pm. You can also do some shopping on Chestnut and Walnut Streets!

Mill Street

Mill Street, Bristol, PA 19007

The main street in Bristol where Andreana grew up is home to many new restaurants, breweries and distilleries! Our favorite is the Dad's Hat Pennsylvania Rye Tasting Room. You can also take a walk along the Delaware River and visit the Bristol Wharf, or catch a show at the Bristol Riverside Theater.

Dad's Hat Pennsylvania Rye

925 Canal Street, Bristol, PA 19007

For $10 a guest you can visit the Dad's Hat Pennsylvania Rye Distillery for a tour and tasting! We recommend making a dinner reservation after this and if the weather permits, walking to and from would be best! You'll be nice and ~warm~ after your visit!

Christmas Village in Philadelphia

1500 John F Kennedy Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA 19102
