It all started on a night Andrea really didn’t want to go out. Luckily, her best friend Jenna insisted and that’s how she ended up at Lucy’s in Dorchester, where fate (and nachos) were waiting. Across the room stood William, posted up on the wall with one foot up, rocking a blue flannel and doing his best “cool guy” impression. Somehow, it worked. They grabbed a table, ordered nachos and beers (which went untouched), and fell into one of those effortless conversations that made time disappear. Before they knew it, the waiter was telling them the place was closing. Their second date brought classic New England vibes; a snowy night, a broken-down car, and a green Trailblazer. Andrea was supposed to meet Will at Dave & Buster’s, but when her mom’s car died, he came to the rescue. The night was going perfectly until Andrea, true to form, accidentally spilled her beer all over him. Will, clearly smitten anyway, decided to show off by doing donuts in a snowy parking lot. That went great… until the brakes gave out and Andrea was certain this was how the story would end. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. Will was so smitten that he made the long drive from Dracut to Boston almost every other night, braving rush-hour traffic just to see her. Over time, their long drive meetups and snowstorm adventures turned into something much more. Eventually, they both settled down together in Dracut, where they built a home and welcomed two amazing boys into their already boy-filled crew, officially becoming a party of six. From unexpected hiccups to perfectly imperfect memories, every chapter since has been filled with love, laughter, and just the right amount of chaos. We can’t wait to write the next chapter with all of you there to celebrate.
