El Paseo de La Princesa, the most beloved promenade in Puerto Rico, dates back to 1853. This beautifully restored walk is a favorite place for locals day and night and welcomes millions of visitors from all over the world. As you enter, you’ll notice the walls that once served to protect this marvelous city which is part of the San Juan National Historic Site. Paseo La Princesa offers great sightseeing, food, culture, history, and beautiful sculptures along the way. There are gorgeous vistas of the San Juan Bay, an art exhibit stop, and at the end of the walk, you’ll enter through the San Juan Gate into the heart of the Old City.
Puerto Rico is home to the only rainforest managed by the U.S. Forest Service, El Yunque National Forest, where you'll find lush foliage, miles of hiking trails, and several semi-private waterfalls. If you're hoping to see one of the biggest falls on the island, take La Mina Trail to La Mina Falls, a 35-foot waterfall with a crystal-clear swimming hole underneath it. Alternatively, couples can work up a sweat on the Mount Britton Trail, which leads guests through the jungle, past a few small falls, and to an elevation of 2,493 feet to find an old watchtower that offers great views of the island

Rio Camuy Cave formally named Parque Las Cavernas del Rio Camuy, designated the First Natural Delight of Puerto is “one of the world’s largest cave networks”. This is an excellent day trip just about a 1 hour and a 20-minute drive from San Juan, Puerto Rico. If you don’t want to drive yourself, you can conveniently book with a cavern tour guide who provides transportation from San Juan.
