Beaches in Los Cabos

Due to large waves and strong currents, many of the beaches in Los Cabos are not recommended for swimming. In San Jose Del Cabo LA PLAYITA and EL GANZA BEACH CLUB are the recommended spots if you want to take a dip in the ocean. If you're willing to travel a bit for a swimmable beach Cabo San Lucas has a few more options: MEDANO BEACH, CANNERY BEACH, PLAYA CABEZA DE BALLENA, PLAYA LAS VIUDAS, CHILENO BEACH, TEQUILA COVE, and LOVER’S BEACH are all safe for swimming.
