What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Arrive around 4:30pm; Ceremony to start at 5-5:15pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress nice, but comfortable - it could be a hot day/evening. Color Scheme is summer - soft pinks, purples, sage green, light blues.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see Accommodations page - we have blocked off room at the Hilton but there is another hotel in the same area of Gainesville/Haymarket area. There were no rooms available in the Warrenton area.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Uber may be available; we are still looking into that and possible other transportation options.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Street parking near the ceremony venue. You can leave car and walk up to reception (Denim and Pearls). There is also public parking behind Denim and Pearls, which you can park there and walk to ceremony venue and walk back to Denim and Pearls or park on street near ceremony venue and drive to reception to park in public parking behind Denim and Pearls. Also looking into transportation options so we don't have to drive from hotel and back.
