5:00 pm
Welcome to Florida! This is a relaxed arrival day for everyone to fly in, get settled at their hotel, and prepare for the cruise adventure ahead. There are no official events planned — we’re keeping it low-key and flexible. Although you don’t have to fly in days before like we are, it’s been our experience that arriving early takes the pressure off and makes everything smoother for cruise check-in the next day. Even if it's the evening before, delays happen, and we’d hate for anyone to miss the boat — literally! New to cruising? Have questions about what to pack, what to expect, or how cruise boarding works? Be sure to check out our FAQ page for lots of helpful tips — especially if this is your first cruise!
3:00 pm
All aboard! Let the adventure begin! Once you’ve checked in, explored the ship, and settled into your cabin, join us for a Sail Away Party to kick off this unforgettable week together. We’ll be meeting on deck 15, where there's live music, dancing, and a whole lot of fun. This is when we get to watch the ship set sail, snap some pics, and soak up the good vibes as we head toward the Caribbean. ***Bonus points if you get the DJ to play the Wobble song by V.I.C. and get out there and dance with me! It's a cruise ship classic!
7:00 pm
We’re kicking off our wedding week with a relaxed welcome dinner on our first night together. This is a chance to settle in, enjoy good food, and spend time connecting with family and friends before the festivities unfold. Dress your best or come as you are — we want you comfortable as we gather for a seated dinner.
3:00 pm
We’re getting married in international waters — for real! This isn’t just a symbolic ceremony — our marriage will be legally officiated by the ship’s Captain as we sail the open sea. The ceremony will take place inside the Piazza, aboard the Regal Princess. It feels surreal, a little wild, and totally us. After the ceremony, we’ll hang out for some music, fresh ocean air, and low-key celebration vibes. Later that evening, we’ll gather for dinner in the formal dining room, and dance the night away at the Vista Lounge.
3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Join us for a two-hour cocktail hour featuring an open bar from 3:30–4:30 PM, live music, and passed hors d’oeuvres. While we step away briefly for photos, guests are invited to relax, mingle, and enjoy the fresh ocean air as the celebration continues. And don’t forget to sign our guest book… we mean, our globe!
6:00 pm - 7:45 pm
Join us for our wedding reception dinner in the Allegro Main Dining Room. Enjoy a seated dinner, heartfelt toasts, and continued celebration as we gather together to mark the beginning of our next chapter.
8:00 pm - 11:00 pm
The celebration doesn’t end here! This is where the night truly comes together. Please join us for our first dance, special announcements, and a live DJ experience featuring a playlist hand-picked by the two of us. From old-school hip-hop and country favorites to reggaeton and a splash of The Beatles, we hope you’ll stay, celebrate, and share this unforgettable part of our wedding night with us.
10:00 am
This is a totally flexible day with no scheduled events — just a chance to relax, sleep in, and enjoy the ship at your own pace. We know everyone has different rhythms, so please don’t feel any pressure to meet up or stick to any plans.
7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Welcome to Roatán, one of the most stunning ports on our cruise, home to the second-largest barrier reef in the world! This island paradise is known for crystal-clear waters, vibrant marine life, and lush green jungle. We’ve reserved a private catamaran for a half-day snorkeling and beach excursion, perfect for exploring the reef and relaxing on the sand. The catamaran is kid-friendly and comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests, so there’s plenty of room to enjoy the experience together. The cost to participate is $105/adult and $95/child. If you’re interested in joining us, RSVP as soon as possible and submit payment via Venmo to Scott (@Scott-Lockwood-10) so we can finalize arrangements.
7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Belize holds a special place in our hearts, and we’re excited to spend the day exploring Caye Caulker, one of our favorite islands. Think golf carts, reggae music, beach bars, and turquoise water. We’ll take a water taxi from Belize City to Caye Caulker, then explore the island by golf cart, including a ride across The Split via the Rasta Ferry to reach the quieter north side. The day will include time to relax at Bliss Beach, followed by an afternoon meetup at the iconic Lazy Lizard for music, drinks, and great vibes. Golf carts are the main way to get around the island, and the ferry crossing is a fun part of the experience. More details on water taxis and golf cart rentals can be found in the Travel section of this website.
9:00 am - 7:00 pm
We’re now planning a more relaxed beach day and port shopping in Cozumel instead of Xel-Há. The travel time turned out to be more extensive than we originally realized, and ultimately, we did not feel it was worth the hassle. This will be a laid-back day to enjoy the beach, explore the port, and spend time together at your own pace. We are still working out the details and will share updates as soon as we know more.
7:00 pm
It’ll be hard to believe the week is already winding down! This will be another easy, open day at sea, and we hope everyone uses it however they need — sleeping in, lounging by the pool, hitting the spa, or squeezing in a few more desserts at the buffet (no judgment). There won’t be any formal plans or meetups during the day — it’ll be totally up to you to relax, recharge, or do your own thing. In the evening, we’re planning to host a casual farewell dinner in one of the main dining rooms for anyone who wants to join us. It’ll be a simple way to close out this incredible week together with good food, good company, and maybe one last toast before we dock the next morning.
8:00 am
It’ll be time to say goodbye — or at least “see you later.” Disembarkation will typically begin in the morning, so be prepared for announcements, rolling suitcases, and that bittersweet feeling of leaving the ship behind. We’re not quite sure what everyone’s plans will be — some may head straight to the airport, others might stay in Florida for a few more days. Either way, we hope your travels will be smooth, and your hearts are full. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who will be joining us on this journey. Thank you for being a part of something so special in whatever way you can. We'll see you when we get back from Egypt! -Future Mr. & Mrs. Lockwood
