HOW & WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?

Answer

Please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining" '. Please RSVP before the end of July 2024. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors following this deadline

WHERE WILL THE WEDDING BE TAKING PLACE?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Black Forest by Wedgewood Weddings. The ceremony is outdoor followed by the cocktail hour & reception inside!

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:00pm please arrive at 4:30 to allow time for parking and finding a seat before we start. We will have an indoor area for you to wait before hand so you’re not in the heat the entire time!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We ask that all guests wear semi-formal or cocktail attire. Ladies, please refrain from wearing any white, ivory, or champagne tones. Men please no jeans!

WHERE SHOULD WE PARK?

Answer

Please park at the venue! They have a parking lot right out front the main entrance! We do have an open bar so if you plan to drink please allow yourself enough time to find a ride or Uber!

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Answer

While we love your kids, the venue does have limited capacity. Invitations will be specific and include the names of the children who have been invited. However, we do encourage you to use this evening as a fun "night out" for yourselves!
