CEREMONY: You are invited to the Wedding Ceremony; If you received a Blue Invitation, with your name(s) written on the back. This will allow you to RSVP specifically per person invited. For families, only the names listed on the Blue Invite will have seats at the Wedding Ceremony. RECEPTION: Everyone is invited to the reception & encouraged to bring your children.

Answer

NO!! Our arrival at the reception site, will give the reception guest as much "wedding" feeling as possible, before the real party starts. To be sure not to miss it, see the schedule for details :) We can't wait to celebrate with you!

CEREMONY: If your Blue Invite did not have your Plus One listed, we unfortunately do not have space for them at the Ceremony...however, we would love for them to join you at the reception to celebrate with us. RECEPTION: If your Invitation did not include your plus one, please just reach out to the Bride or Groom for approval & addition to the RSVP list.

The wedding reception is outdoors, at a beautiful park on the lake. We want you to be comfortable & have a great time. Best suggestion is "Garden Party Attire"...but reminder that there is Volleyball & an inflatable obstacle course...so please pack a spare attire accordingly :)

ABSOLUTELY! There will also be a sand volleyball court, horseshoes, kids playground, corn hole, walking trail & more.

We LOVE food & feeding people. There will for sure be: Vehicle City Taco Truck & Cool Jacks Ice Cream Sandwich Truck. As well as other great snacks too.

Every food offering will have options for: Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian/Vegan & Nut Allergies.

Yes! We have an entire pavilion & large tent to protect everyone from the elements. And yes, there are nice bathrooms.

Answer

Bride & Groom have their sendoff at 6pm. Tear down will begin at 6:30pm. Park closes at 8pm. We are currently working on figuring out an afterparty somewhere for everyone. We will update the website accordingly. We are entertaining great ideas, if you have one. Possibly a bar/restaurant somewhere. We are hoping that Pine Knob Music Theatre schedules an amazing concert that night, its only 3 minutes away from the reception site.

Answer

We have negotiated room blocks at really great rates, at a few hotels that are not far from the Venue(s). Take a look at the "Travel" tab on this website for all the details.
