This is the best airport to fly into if you are flying in from El Salvador or if you're looking for a direct flight inside the USA. If you don't mind layovers, additional airfare or possibly even transferring aircrafts then you might choose Bob Hope Airport in Burbank CA.

If you are flying inside the USA, this may be a better option. Airfare may be somewhat pricier but it will be worth it! Easier to move through airport and easier to get to Monrovia from here as well.
