WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

The ceremony will begin punctually at 2:45PM in the afternoon. Please arrive no later than 2:30PM.

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

For this special occasion, we kindly request that our celebration remains an adults-only affair. While we love your little ones, we hope you will enjoy this evening out, just the grown-ups. Thank you for understanding, and we can't wait to share this memorable event with you.

WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?

Our wedding will be a Black Tie event, exuding an air of elegance and sophistication. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a tuxedo or black suit with a black tie and or bow tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or a chic cocktail dress. Ladies, please refrain from wearing a short dress. We look forward to celebrating with you in style and appreciate your adherence to this formal dress code, making the evening even more memorable.

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING A "PLUS ONE"?

We appreciate your understanding that, due to venue capacity and our desire for an intimate gathering, we are unable to accommodate additional guests unless they are specifically addressed on your invitation. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than [TBD]. We must give our final numbers to our venue in a timely manner therefore if you have not submitted your RSVP by [TBD], you will be marked as a 'no' response. We will miss you at our wedding, however we will not be able to accommodate late RSVPs.

WHAT IF I'M LATE TO THE CEREMONY?

In order to ensure that our ceremony proceeds smoothly and without interruption, we kindly ask that guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time. Should you arrive late, please respect the formality of the occasion by waiting quietly at the entrance until an appropriate break in the ceremony allows you to be seated. Your punctuality helps us create a seamless and beautiful experience for everyone involved. Thank you for your consideration.

WHAT COLOR ARE THE BRIDESMAIDS WEARING?

We are delighted to announce that the beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing a velvet navy blue on our special day. This color holds a special meaning to us, and it will beautifully complement the overall theme of our wedding. To ensure our bridesmaids stand out, we kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing this particular color. We hope this helps you coordinate your attire and allows our wedding party to shine.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Answer

Guests will have up to 48 hours prior to arrival to cancel their hotel reservation. Cancellations made within 48 hours will forfeit one night's room and tax.
