How soon should I book my accomodations?

Answer

It's a busy week for UC Berkeley students and families since it's the beginning of the fall semester, so we recommend that you book as soon as you decide that you'll be attending.

Which airport should I fly to?

Answer

You can fly into Oakland or San Francisco International Airports, but Oakland is closer to Berkeley. Southwest Airlines has the most flights into Oakland. Our public rail system, Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) connects to both airports and is safe and efficient, but only operates until midnight.
