Plan to arrive no later than 9:45am. Everyone should plan to allot an additional 30 minutes of drive above the recommended GPS time to account for Event traffic.

All vehicles should have their parking pass clearly posted on their dash so parking personnel can direct them to their reserved parking area immediately upon arrival to the festival.

Guests will need to purchase their tickets in advance, online at www.carolina.renfestinfo.com and enter a promo code (I don't have the promo code yet, but I will send it as soon as I get it lol). Unfortunately, since part of the wedding is in the festival, every guest needs a ticket to attend.
