Downtown Franklin features a bunch of cute shops and restaurants. If you are a history buff, look into taking a walking tour with Franklin on Foot which will take you to Franklin's most historical sites.

Oscars is a must visit every time we come back to Tennessee. Great tacos, great prices.
High Brow Coffee
Cute place to grab a latte and breakfast. Nakota loves their avocado toast and Andrea always goes for the biscuit sandwich. Great spot to sit outside and dog watch!
The Parthenon
The Parthenon functions as an art museum and cultural center. It hosts a number of paintings, texts, statues and sculptures from the classical era. It’s one of the major points of interest in Nashville, especially for patrons of the arts; you can often find theater troupes performing Greek plays on the front steps. FUN FACT: the statue Athena inside the Parthenon was designed and built by Nakota's uncle, Alan LeQuire.
Music Row
Music Row is the single most famous street in Nashville. Packed with record labels, radio stations, recording studios and music production companies, it offers a top to bottom look at the thriving music scene of the city.
Enjoy the Great Outdoors
If you love diving into the wilderness, then take a short drive from Franklin to the equally charming town of Fairview, where the Bowie Nature Park resides. The park is one of Tennessee’s largest city-managed outdoor spaces, spanning over 700 acres of gorgeous lakes and forests.
