Do I need to be vaccinated to attend?

Answer

Guests must provide proof of either vaccination or of a negative covid test taken within 72 hours prior to the wedding date. Only tests taken Oct 28th or later will be accepted.

Will face masks also be required?

Answer

Yes. Please bring your mask. If guests do not have one upon arrival one will be provided.

Is dinner inside?

Answer

Yes, dinner is inside at which point guests can take off their mask to eat. After guests are done eating it is requested that they put on their mask for the rest of the celebration.

Where is parking?

Answer

Parking is located at 165 Eucalyptus Ave, Vista, CA 92084 which is the parking lot of the New Community Church of Vista

Is the ceremony in the same place as the reception?

Answer

Yes, they are both at The Vistonian

What is the dress code?

Answer

Mask required. It is semi-formal. However if you want to wear your tuxes and ballgowns please do.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

3pm is the optimal time for guests to arrive at the venue

Are we allowed to take the center pieces home with us or any of decorations?

Answer

No, please do not take any of the glassware or table décor home with you. A lot is rented or borrowed and will need to be returned after the wedding.

Is it an unplugged wedding ceremony?

Answer

Yes, it will be. Unplugged wedding ceremony means cell phones must be put away the ceremony. We will be sharing the photos if requested.

It's the day before Halloween, is it Halloween themed?

Answer

It is not Halloween themed. Semi formal wear preferred.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, however once the set limit has been reached it will become a cash bar. Beer, wine and Prosecco only.
