Rooms will be available at a discounted rate at The Hampton Inn and Suites in Fullerton. It is a five minute Uber ride away from the hangar. The link for the discounted rooms has been posted under the "Travel" header.
Yes there is a parking lot as well as street parking just outside of the hangar.
