What should I wear?

Answer

Men are encouraged to wear a jacket and tie to the ceremony. Women are encouraged to wear cocktail attire. Then, feel free to let loose on the dance floor. Corrigan Station is an open air rooftop. Once the sun sets it can be breezy so we suggest guests bring some sort of outerwear to remain comfortable throughout the evening. The Rooftop has two smaller indoor areas as well as a fire pit should the open air be too chilly for you. The average daytime temperature in KC, in October, is sunny and 70-75 and at nighttime it can drop to the high 50’s. As a footnote, the daytime high on Oct 11, 2024 (one year ago) was 89!

Can I rip shots and smoke cigarettes all night on the rooftop?

Answer

While we are here to party, the venue has 2 strict rules. No taking shots or smoking cigarettes on the rooftop. One quick elevator ride to the front of the building and the world is yours! (We have been told there is a $fine$ for every cigarette smoked or shot taken on the rooftop.)

As much as we LOVE your kiddo; this wedding weekend will be adults only.

Is KC safe to walk around in?

YES, KC is safe and the people are really friendly!

Is it easy to get Ubers/Lyfts?

Answer

Yes, very easy. There is an abundance of Uber& Lyft drivers.

Will the Chiefs be playing that weekend and is that going to be a problem?

Answer

At this time, the KC Chiefs game schedule is not yet released for the 2025 season. Home games can cause hotel price increases and decrease in room availability. We suggest booking lodging sooner rather later.
