Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP before May 1st, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, it will unfortunately be marked as "Not Attending". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our venue with a final guest count. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to give yourself plenty of time to find a seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 PM so plan to arrive at 4:30.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! Our wedding day dress code is formal attire. We kindly encourage men to wear a suit and women wear a mid to floor-length dress. We also ask that guests avoid wearing colors reserved for the Bride and Groom; tan, cream, ivory, or white. Our wedding colors will be pastels, think Spring! However, those colors are only a suggestion. Please note that our ceremony will be outdoors, while our reception will include a combination of indoor and outdoor settings. Keep in mind around June, temperatures in Texas range between 88-93 degrees.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. You'll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, listed under your name when you RSVP through the website. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We got it covered! We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our Wedding Ceremony and Dinner. Don't worry, we have hired only the best to capture these special events.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If there's any allergies we need to work with please contact the Bride or Groom at (703)-887-0643.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

While we would love to host a Welcome Party for our guests, we will be having many of our guests fly in at different times. To best include all of our guests, we have opted to host a Farewell Brunch to thank everyone for the time spent with us and to say goodbye. This brunch will be held the day after, June 28th, 2025, at 12pm within the hotel's restaurant, the Verbena.

For all the days along the way
