Welcome to the Northwoods BBQ

Before we say "I DO" please join us for a Welcome Party! We'll do a BBQ style dinner with chicken and veggie kabobs as we kick off a fun-filled weekend. During this welcome BBQ, we hope you'll take some time to explore the historic Forest Lodge property, walk the breath-taking old-growth forests in the area, and maybe catch a sunset over the pristine Lake Namekagon. While the bride will need to get her beauty sleep for the BIG DAY, we hope you'll stay a while, have a drink, and sit by the bonfire and enjoy the company of those who have traveled near and far.

1:00 PM: Please arrive anytime after 1:00 PM. Parking at the Forest Lodge is very limited and carpooling is highly encouraged. In addition to parking on site, there is parking at the Forest Lodge Nature Trail, close to the Forest Lodge. For those inclined (including Andrea and Kris) feel free to grab a drink before the festivities begin! 2:00 PM Ceremony 2:30 PM Grab a (or another) cocktail, play lawn games, wander the woods, toss a frisbee, canoe the lake! Please enjoy this afternoon of fun and lighthearted adventure! 5:00 PM Social Hour at the Boat House. Let's gather at the Boat House for a toast, both to the new couple as well as to the old and new friends made today! 6:00 PM Dinner. Dinner will be served at the Guest House. 7:00 PM Party Time! - Feel free to join in on dancing or keep playing games and wandering the property. 9:30 PM Bonfire, Music, Singing, and more Dancing!
