When should I plan to arrive?/ Cuándo debería planear mi llegada?

Answer

We recommend arriving a day or two before the wedding. Providing enough time for travel and relaxation before the big day. Recomendamos llegar uno o dos días antes de la boda, para tener suficiente tiempo para viajar, descansar y disfrutar antes del gran día.

What should I budget for plane ticket?/ Cuánto debería presupuestar para el pasaje aéreo?

Answer

Round trip flights from LAX to Medellin, depending on when you book, will be around $500-$800. The ideal time to book flights is between February and April. That said, if you come across a great fare, feel free to book, flight prices can change quickly! Los vuelos redondos desde Los Ángeles (LAX) hasta Medellín suelen costar entre $500 y $800 USD, dependiendo de la aerolínea y de cuándo se realice la reserva. Para las familias que planean volar desde Bogotá a Medellín, los vuelos cuestan aproximadamente $272.000 COP. El mejor momento para reservar los vuelos es entre febrero y abril, pero si encuentran una buena oferta antes, no duden en reservarla!

What should I budget for hotel stay?/ Cuánto debería presupuestar para el alojamiento?

We have reached out to a local hotel and are getting discounted rates. Depending on the room size the cost per night is $135-$200. Airbnb options are also available, we recommend choosing a Superhost for comfort and reliability. Nos hemos comunicado con un hotel local y estamos obteniendo tarifas con descuento para nuestros invitados. Dependiendo del tamaño y tipo de habitación, el costo por noche será entre $135 y $200 USD/ $520.000 a$ 770.000 COP. Airbnb también es una buena opción; asegúrense en reservar con un Superhost para tener la mejor experiencia.
