Is this an outdoor wedding?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors and alternative arrangements have been made for weather changes. The cocktail hour can be enjoyed indoors or on the deck. The reception is indoors.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please fill out the card that was mailed with the invite. The blank line is for the names of guests and the meal choices are below. Please select one meal per guest and do let us know if you have any food allergies.

I have food allergies, what should I do?

Answer

Please let us know as soon as possible what your food allergies are so we can let our venue know! Shoot me an email andrea.ng.131@gmail.com with a list of your specific allergies so I may pass them along.

Cocktail, please. Just a reminder, the ceremony will be outdoors but the area is paved.

Will there be transportation available?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle to pick guests up from the Holiday Inn and to bring us back after a night of dancing. 3:45PM - 1st Pick up Departing from Holiday Inn 4:30PM - 2nd and Final Pick up Departing from Holiday Inn 9:45 PM - 1st Pick up from Birch Wood 10:30PM - 2nd and Final Pick up from Birch Wood
