Yes, all food and drink costs are included in your room rate.

What are the benefits of booking our hotel rooms with the hotel block vs on my own?

Answer

When you book on your own: **All rooms booked through the hotel block count towards the couple's wedding package. If they reach a certain amount of rooms, the couple gets a portion of their wedding package FOR FREE! (What a wedding gift!). Any rooms NOT booked through the hotel block DO NOT COUNT. **Wedding guests that are not booked into this room block will have an additional fee of $125 pp per event to attend wedding events (rehearsals, dinners, cocktail parties, etc.) **Wedding guests that are not booked in the room block will not have access to travel assistance from our Travel Agents. **Wedding guests not in the room block may miss out on wedding concessions provided by the resort

What if I already booked my hotel rooms?

Answer

Any rooms not booked under the hotel block will NOT count towards Andrea and Eric's room counts, may cause issues and fees when planning group activities (such as reception dinner), and will not receive assistance from our Travel Agent. We suggest you cancel your current reservation and add a new one through the room block. If you found a lower price, our travel agent can contact the resort to try to price match.

What if I am interested in a room that's not listed on the travel site?

Contact our Travel Agent to have anything added, etc. to the room block for you.

What dates should I be there?

Answer

The wedding is on 11/14/26. Our hotel room block is 11/12/26-11/16/2026, which is Thursday - Sunday. This gives you enough time before and after the wedding to enjoy! If you would like different dates, please contact our Travel Agent for adjustments.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Yes! These will be listed on the SCHEDULE tab as they become available. This includes group excursions, dinners, etc.

Will there be any activities locally leading up to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will make announcements on this site and via group texting and emails as more events get added. Please make sure your contact information is fully filled out to receive communications.

What about excursions?

Answer

The travel agent can help you book any individual excursions you are interested in. We will be sending announcements and adding more information on this site for any group excursions.

What if I need to change my contact info, guest name, etc.?

Answer

Go to the RSVP page and RE-FILL out your information. This will update the database automatically. Alternatively, or if you have any issues, just contact Natasha and she will update this for you!
