Oakland Airport is the closest airport at about 30 minutes away (without traffic). If it is possible, we can pick you up at the airport, BART runs to both hotels and taxis will be plentiful onsite.
San Francisco and San Jose airports are about 1-1.5 hours away (without traffic). We don't recommend using those airports if you can get to Oakland. Sacramento airport is 2-2.5 hours away. Again, not recommended.

I recommend the Embassy Suites Walnut Creek. Their rate is about $180 including breakfast. The hotel is across the street from the Pleasant Hill BART station, making ground transportation to and from the airport a breeze. There is a pool and it is about 2 miles from downtown Walnut Creek.
