4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Cocktail/Semi-Formal Dresses for Women, Button Down/Jacket (Optional) with Dress Pants for Men
This will be an Adult Only celebration weekend. We will have shuttle transportation from the Best Western Inn & Suites and The Super 8 to the ceremony & reception space. At this time, the 30 room block at the Best Western has been filled! Rooms MAY be available after July 19th, once another wedding block is released. I encourage you to call on July 19th in order to secure a room at Best Western. Collin and Andrea will both be staying at Best Western the night of the wedding. PICK UP TIMES: 3:00pm Best Western 3:15pm Super 8 LAST CALL FOR SHUTTLE-- 3:45pm at Best Western 4:05pm Super 8 Ceremony & Reception are both at The Barn at Lord Howe Valley. Ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm. Ceremony will be under their large paved pavilion.

No need for menu selections. We will have a full endless amount of food for you throughout the party! Please RSVP if you have a dietary restriction or please let the bride know by August 1. We will have the shuttle transportation starting pick up for back to the hotels by: 9:15pm First departure from The Barn at Lord Howe Valley to the hotels 10:15pm LAST CALL to board the shuttle for the night.
