When And Where Is The Wedding?

The wedding will take place on Friday, October 31, 2025 at Meditations Weddings and Events in Stillwater, OK. Ceremony and reception details can be found under the "Schedule" tab.

Where Can I Park Upon Arrival?

On-site parking is available at Meditations.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Although the ceremony starts at 5pm, we recommend that guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony start time so you can get settled, enjoy refreshments and music before the proceedings.

Is There A Dress Code For The Wedding?

Answer

We encourage guests to wear elegant and upper-casual attire. Please see references under the "What the Evening Calls For" tab. Guests are more than welcome to dress up for reception. We ask our guests to please refrain from wearing Halloween costumes during the ceremony.

How Do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please mail the attached RSVP card you have received with your invitation back to the bride and groom. It should be stamped and ready to go. If you would also like to contact the bride, that is acceptable as well. Please RSVP at your earliest convenience and no later than October 1, 2025. If you do not RSVP before the deadline but would like to join us, please bring a lawn chair and a sandwich. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Where Can I Find Accommodation Options For Out-Of-Town Guests?

Our town has an abundance of hotels and AirBnBs to choose from. Please refer to the "Travel" tab for more information.

Is This An Indoor Or Outdoor Event?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour is scheduled for outdoors; however, in the chance of rain, we will make accommodations to move indoors. Reception will also be indoor/outdoor - weather pending.

Can I Bring A Guest?

Yes! Your invitation will include whether or not a plus-one is an option. Please include your plus-one on the RSVP card you will send back.

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

Yes! We would adore for your littles to be able to attend! However, we respect your decision if you would like to use our event as a "date night". If you would like for your children to celebrate our special night with us, please let us know on your RSVP card how many children will be in attendance.

Will There Be An Open Bar?

Answer

Yes! Although the alcohol is on us, the hangover is on you! We will have a full bar supplying drinks all night long! We do ask that our guests are kind and respectful to our venue's wait and bar staff! We also ask guests to please drink responsibly and to accommodate for an Uber or Lyft if necessary.

Will The Ceremony Be Unplugged?

Answer

Yes - our ceremony will be unplugged. We kindly ask that you turn off and tuck away all phones and cameras during this special moment. We've hired a talented photo and video team to capture every detail, so you can be fully present with us - heart, mind and soul. After the ceremony, feel free to snap away!
