Since our wedding is technically a destination event, we completely understand that travel takes planning—and we've done everything we can to make it as easy as possible for you! To help us plan each part of the weekend, we kindly ask that you RSVP by January 1st. Because we’re hosting multiple events—wedding ceremony, and a golf outing—we’re asking for separate RSVPs for each. This helps us make sure everyone is comfortable, well-fed, and having a great time. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to find your seat, grab a drink, and get settled.
We kindly ask our guests to dress in formal attire to help create a beautiful and cohesive look for the day. For gentlemen, this means a suit or a 3-piece suit—no black tie required. We can’t wait to see how incredible everyone looks; your style will help make the day even more special!
If your invitation includes “+ Guest” or lists someone by name, you’re welcome to bring them! Otherwise, we’d love to celebrate with just you.
The ceremony will take place outdoors on a concrete patio, offering a beautiful and comfortable setting for the celebration to begin. Following the ceremony, guests will move indoors for cocktail hour. Dinner will be served outside in the courtyard, with the evening concluding inside for dancing and celebration. Ladies, feel free to wear your favorite heels—no grass to sink into here! It’s all solid ground, so you can strut, twirl, and celebrate in style.

Yes, there is ample parking at The Mansion! There will be signs and help with directing traffic and guests to the ceremony.
Yes! We’ve reserved room blocks at both The Mission Inn and Citrus on the Lake for your convenience. To access our special discounted rates, simply head to the Travel page and click on the View tab. Please note: rooms must be booked by January 28th to receive the discount. You're also more than welcome to explore other lodging options in the area, such as Airbnb or anything else that best suits your needs. We want you to feel comfortable and at home during your stay!
