Raices Brewing Company
This is a fully Latino owned and operated brewery. It is Cali and Drea's favorite brewery to bike to. It is located right next to the Broncos Stadium as well as the newest and coolest art exhibit, Meow Wolf. This may be at the top of our list for recommendations. Try the Manguito and Sonando cervezas!
Stranahan's Whiskey Distillery & Cocktail Bar
This is Cali's favorite local whiskey and is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from our house. Every time Cali stops by for a visit she walks away with a job application (which Drea promptly reminds her she shouldn't do...because...whiskey). We highly recommend booking a tour.
Denver Botanic Gardens
One of Andrea and Cali's first dates was at the Botanic Gardens. We love walking around and finding a spot for a picnic. Bonus: you can bring your own food and drinks inside!
River North Art District
We highly recommend walking around the River North Art District also known as RiNo to us locals. It it is known for its amazing murals, unique boutique shops, and some great breweries. You can usually find us at Our Mutual Friend, Ratio, Stem Ciders, or Epic Brewery.
