In February of 2015 Caleb attended the youth encounter with his sister Madisyn. Andrea, 12 years old, was attending her second Youth encounter and there built quickly on friendship with Madisyn, Caleb's older sister. Caleb had heard of a girl on the worship team from his older sister when Madisyn went home from church one day and told Caleb he would marry Andrea one day. But at the Youth encounter Madisyn introduced Andrea to "her little brother Caleb". Andrea completely oblivious, and uninterested, shook his hand with a smile on her face saying "Hello little brother Caleb". For a full year, Caleb and Andrea hadnt exchanged any sort of conversation until their friend's birthday dinner where they were seated across from one another with Caleb's now Best Man Daniel Revenkov and Andrea's sister Amanda. That evening the four of them got along so well over dinner that it carried over to a chat on Instagram where they would share jokes and grow in friendship. Caleb and Andrea became best friends while knowing there was something special they felt about one another. Being so young, they agreed it would be a good idea to wait, grow in friendship for a couple of years, and begin a dating relationship with one another later on. In their agreeance to wait for one another, they knew if they kept Jesus in everything, this was something they saw lasting forever. After 2 and a half years of dating Caleb proposed on August 20th, 2020. In the midst of the wildest year they had experienced, it only made sense. They've been falling more in love with one another every day since the journey began, and are ready to do the same for forever.
