Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

We did not block off any rooms, but did provide a list of close hotels to our reception venue. Most hotels in the area average between $125-350 per night.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The venue will be serving mixed drinks, beer, and wine. There will be no blended drinks available.

Where should I sit?

Answer

Our Venue will be open seating, there will be reserved seating for immediate family.

The ceremony will take place at St. Mother Teresa of Calcutta in Winchester, Ca. The address is in our schedule section.

Our Reception will take place at Redhawk Golf Club. The address for our reception is in the schedule section.

Will there be free parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, as you enter the Golf Club there will be signs posted to aid you where to park. There will be a free shuttle available to all of our guests. The venue is a small walk away from the parking area.

How far away is the ceremony from the venue?

The venue is 13 miles from the church, and approximately 22 minutes (without traffic).

What time does the reception end?

It will end at 10:00pm

What is the weather like?

Answer

Since our reception is early to late evening. We do recommend that you bring warm outerwear as the venue is outdoors. There will be heat lamps provided.

Can I take Photos?

Answer

During the ceremony, photos will not be permitted, we will have a photographer taking photos at the ceremony. During the reception, yes! Snap away. Don't forget to send some good ones to Ben and I.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes, we'd love to have them. There will even be lawn games for the kiddos during the reception.
