You will want fly into the Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). We’re recommending our guests to stay in Park City, which is about a 40 min drive from the airport.

** Start and end time will be updated once formal invites are sent out. ** Shuttles will be provided to take our guests to and from the venue (about a 20 min drive). Pick up and drop off will be from the Park City Peaks Hotel in Park City. FYI - if you decide to drive to the venue, please note that overnight parking will be unavailable. If you plan on drinking, please plan on taking the shuttle. We want everyone to make it to their respective places safely, and it is unlikely that Uber/Lyft pickup service will be available at the venue.

Park City Peaks Hotel
This is where we’re recommending our guests to stay at, as we will be providing transportation to and from the venue out of Park City Peaks Hotel. When booking your reservation, please call +1 (435) 649-5000 and reference the Fernandes/Chavez Wedding Block, and you will receive a special discount to book your stay just 5 minutes outside Park City's Main Street. These rates are valid for three days prior to July 26, as well as three days post July 28, in case you want to extend your stay (complimentary daily breakfast is included).

Hyatt Centric Park City
This is another great option for our guests to stay at, although no special offer code is available. Hyatt is about a 12 minute drive from Main Street Park City, and an 8 minute drive to Park City Peaks Hotel, where shuttle transportation will be picking up and dropping off guests for the ceremony/reception.

Pendry Park City
Just like Hyatt Centric, Pendry Park City is another option our guests can choose to stay at. This luxurious boutique hotel also does not include a special code offer, and it is only a 5 minute walk from Hyatt Centric.

Feel free to check out options on AirBnB and VRBO as well. Just make sure you’re close in distance to Park City Peaks Hotel for shuttle transportation to and from the venue.
