When and where is the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding will take place on August 23, 2025 at Wheeler Farms Muskoka. The ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm, followed by cocktail hour and reception at the same location. We kindly ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony starts to allow time for seating.
Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please RSVP to our wedding as soon as possible. However, the deadline is June 20, 2025 . If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Is there a hotel block for guests?

Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at Home2 Suites by Hilton Huntsville at a discounted rate. There are also other hotel options in the area if you prefer.

What's the best way to get to the venue?
Answer
To make transportation easy for all guests, we will be providing a bus service to the venue. The bus will pick up guests from the following locations: • Walmart Parking Lot: 2:35 PM • Home2 Suites by Hilton Huntsville: 2:40 PM and 2:55 PM Please be sure to arrive at your designated pickup location on time to ensure a smooth journey to the venue. For those who prefer to drive, parking is available at the venue.

Will there be transportation from the venue back to the hotel/town?
Answer
Yes, transportation will be provided back to the hotel and town. Hourly buses will begin departing from the venue at 9:00 PM, with each bus trip making a drop-off at Home2 Suites by Hilton Huntsville. The final bus of the night will drop off at both Home2 Suites by Hilton Huntsville and On the Docks Pub.

What is the dress code?

Our wedding dress code is cocktail attire. We’d love for you to dress up and celebrate with us!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones, but we kindly ask that our wedding remain an adults-only celebration, with the exception of the children in our wedding party. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun evening with us!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
No! We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so our photographer can capture the moment. We encourage each of you to be present with us throughout our day.

Is the wedding outside?
Answer
Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully) both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, followed by the reception inside. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day.

Yes, you can access the website after you RSVP. It may also be updated with new information if needed, so feel free to check back closer to the event.
