Please RSVP by April 15th so we have sufficient time to arrange the shuttle and gather an accurate guest count for our vendors.
The name(s) on your envelope indicate who we have accounted for as part of our guest list (if your plus one status changes, please let us know.
The ceremony and reception will all be held outdoors – it is likely to be very warm weather between 80-90 degrees. There will be shade and an indoor seating area if needed.
We thought you might like a "night off" from the kiddos – this is an adult only ceremony and reception (with the exception of the bridal party's immediate family).
Garden party attire! Fun florals, sun hats, pants in lighter hues, sun dresses, etc. Sonoma County does get chilly in the evening, so we recommend bringing a light sweater. For the ladies, we recommend non-stiletto heels due to the faux grass throughout the venue.
A shuttle will be provided for any guest who would like to take it to and from downtown Petaluma. See travel page for more details.
There is parking at the venue if you plan to drive yourself. You can even leave your car at the venue overnight (please pick up Sunday by 10 am). Carpooling is greatly appreciated as parking spaces are limited!
There is no formal after-party planned. However, if you end the night taking the shuttle to downtown Petaluma, it is likely that a group of people will end up keeping the party going (with or without the bride and groom ;) )
Please see our Travel page for a link to discounted accommodations in the area. If you have difficulties finding accommodations (it's a very busy weekend), please contact James or Andrea...we have reserved a couple of spots for those who may need it.
