Matron of Honor
Growing up, Andrea and I shared a lot... a room, clothes (but not shoes - I have bigger feet), playing sports, and the love of unsolved mysteries. We schemed together, fought our brothers, competed in neighborhood relays, and tried our hardest to call shotgun to sit in front when dad drove. Our family has been blessed with lifetime of joy with Andrea as our light(est sibling). And FINALLY, she has someone else to look up to. Kyle, you now have even bigger shoes to fill. So excited to be a part of Andrea and Kyle's wonderful wedding day!
Best Man
Unlike almost everyone else in the wedding party, I did not have a choice about meeting Kyle. It all started in '95 when I was born. As all brothers do, we had quite the rivalry growing up. We got over it eventually, probably because my rivalry has now transferred over to Andrea. You could say she fit right into the family! So happy for them and can't wait to celebrate the big day!
Maid of Honor
I had the privilege of meeting Andrea while in our Doctoral program - where our friendship blossomed over coffee, awkwardly assessing each others mobility in cafes, and her ability to stop my many *many* tears over stress. To know her, is to lover her, and I could not be more honored to stand next to her as she marries her (other) best friend!

I think the first time Kyle and I truly bonded was when he introduced me to this thing called Crossfit. He brought me to the Kingwood basketball gym to workout with him. In my head, I was thinking maybe some curls, some bench, ya know the stuff to get the hot ladies. The workout he showed me was far different from my expectations. From that day forward it has been something Kyle and I have truly been able to bond over. We now like to call each other and talk about our workouts and try to compete against one another. As you know, with working out comes injuries and I couldn't think of anyone more perfect as a sister-in-law to treat them then the one and only Doctor Dre.

It is my sophomore year of high school and I have been given the hefty responsibility of JV Soccer co-captain at Georgetown High School. I take my job extremely seriously. The hardest part of my job? Getting the freshman (aka Andrea) to practice on time. Everyday, I am scolded by our coach for not wrangling the youngsters on time. Everyday, Andrea arrives late, shoeless, and laughing. Everyday, I silently rage. A few months later, slumber party shenanigans bring us together and 15+ years later, here we are. Texas to Colorado, I have been lucky enough to have Andrea on my side supporting, laughing, and reminding me to not take life so seriously!

I met Kyle in the 4th grade when my family moved to Houston and we have been best of friends ever since. I’ve therefore known Andrea from the beginning of their relationship so I am ecstatic that they are FINALLY tying the knot. Kyle and I have been there for all of each others big “life events”, and I couldn’t be more excited to be part of the biggest one yet.

I couldn't forget the time I was able to spend time with these two in Colombia, but more importantly I am extremely happy to be able to see these two during their big day... and don't forget, "Dale a tu cuerpo alegría Macarena"

I've known Kyle since 6th grade, when I was better at basketball than him. The basketball part stopped being true around 10th/11th grade, but we have remained friends. We enjoy gambling, talking about gambling, and complimenting each other's handsome faces. The first time I met Andrea she lied to me about how she broke her foot. She said she had been in an encounter with a shark. I've never trusted her since.

Andrea and I met on a soccer field and our friendship grew from there. We attended Georgetown High School together and we became the best of friends. We lived down the road from each other and played on the same club team. We spent many summer days together kicking water balloons, hangin’ in the hammock, and pranking my little brother, Brendan. There were countless memories made, up until I set off for college out of state. Then it was time to start new ones. We would get together every chance we got when I was home and we started a tradition that is still going strong. From 2011 to now, 2023, we have sent Happy Birthday videos to each other. Through the tears, laughs, good times, rough times, and all of the miles in between- Andrea has been there and I cherish our friendship. It’s been a joy to witness Andrea and Kyle’s journey through life together. Wishing you guys so many happy years to come!!!

I met Kyle in the 6th grade at Riverwood Middle School. My earliest memories of Kyle take place at the school lunch table, which was predominantly populated by soccer players. The rumor was that Kyle wasn't welcome at the basketball table due to his ears taking up to much space among those boys of larger stature. This would discourage lesser men, but not Kyle. He made the most of this situation and developed his true athleticism and appreciation for friendship through sporting competition and play-dates with his soccer pals. While many with Kyle's anatomical deformity would accept the almost unavoidable drag against the headwind of life, Kyle stuck out his neck and used those ears to not only lift himself, but others around him. Fate eventually pulled up a seat for one more soccer player at Kyle's table. I am so proud of what Kyle and Andrea have become and can't wait to see where the wind takes them both. Hold onto those sails Andrea, They'll never fail you.

I knew when I met Andrea in PT school that I met a friend for life. But it wasn't until we lived together for two months on a clinical rotation that she would become more than that! A best friend! Game of Thrones season 8, lots of red wine, a hard working scrub daddy, and Antonelli's cheese shop will forever hold a special place in my heart.

Kyle is one of those people that I just can’t even remember when/how we met (elementary school), because I can’t remember a time that he wasn’t in my life. He’s always been there for me, through good times and bad. I truly didn’t believe he was moving to Colorado until the actual day he did, because it was too good to be true. I’m so happy that you and Andrea met each other. I love spending time with both of you up here, and I can’t wait to celebrate your love!

Andrea and I first met on a boat right before we started PT school. From that first interaction, I knew we would be great friends! Whether it be late night studying, going out to eat good food, talking Texas Longhorns sports, having a fun night out on the town, or helping me learn a new skill in the gym, I always know Andrea will always be there as friend to support me with my goals. I am so excited to stand by Andrea’s side and see her and Kyle get married! “What is he, 6 foot 2inches?” (My most memorable quote that Andrea remembers from when I first met Kyle at Community Beer Co)

As we near our 20 year friendship anniversary, it is only fair to reflect back on its genesis. Our friendship really blossomed in infamous Riverwood Middle School as we shared the same table chowing down Strips of Fire at lunch and a few hours later we would be riding the bench together on the school basketball team. Kyle is the friend who you can do everything with. You can relax on the couch, just chat and have an entire day pass by without even knowing it. You can go to a dope concert, sporting event, or ski vacay. Or, if you're experiencing a really tough stretch of life, you can share your thoughts and feelings and he will provide a listening ear and sage advice. He brings the best out of everyone around him and is a magnet for getting everyone together to have a fun time. He has meant so much to me over the years, was the best man for my wedding, and I'm so honored to be standing by his side on the big day! It's gonna be scrumtrulescent!

Andrea and I met at UT Southwestern in Dallas amidst the chaos and stress that accompanies physical therapy school. We instantly bonded over our sarcastic humor, love of soccer, passion for good music and adventurous spirits. Andrea is pure joy & radiant light & I am so grateful for our friendship. I am honored to be a part of her big day and cannot wait to celebrate her marriage to an amazing man and watch as they begin an incredible new adventure together!

I met Kyle in 2012 when I transferred to UT-Dallas to play basketball. Kyle and I lived down the street from each other for a couple years while playing ball, and we found mutual interests and began to forge a solid friendship from day one. Those mutual interests stand to this day. It was when we lived down the street from each other in 2013 when I got to meet his better half - Andrea. I saved her phone number as "Andrea Schleigh" where it remains to this day, and forever. I just knew it. I've had the pleasure of witnessing Kyle and Andrea grow together for over a decade now, not only as a couple, but each as individuals. Their support fort one another is unmatched. I love you both more than you know!

In 2021, I was having some issues from a very active lifestyle and physical career. Thankfully, I was referred to receive some help via physical therapy. The therapist I was assigned to was none other than miss Andrea. We began to bond over our love for our active lifestyles, brewery visits, as well as being Colorado transplants. A fun little detail to this story is that at this point I still had never seen Andrea's full face; she had worn a mask throughout the months we'd been working together during my recovery! I am so honored to be included in this lovely couple's wedding and to stand by their side as they say their vows. I know it's a day I will never forget. I am thankful for their friendship and I look forward to watching them grow and thrive in their marriage.

I’m so incredibly happy for you and Andrea, and honored to be a part of your big day! We’ve shared so many great memories together: countless concerts, backpacking around Europe, “playing” professional basketball in Sweden (go Norrköping Dolphins!), wreaking havoc on downtown Guthrie, Oklahoma, and the list goes on. I can’t wait to add your and Andrea’s wedding day to that list, along with many more to come!

Andrea and I are not only friends, but were roommates for 3 years! We bonded over our love of sports, music, travel, outdoor activities and sarcastic comments - mostly directed towards Kyle. I can't narrow down my favorite memory with the couple, but I cherish all of our game nights, camping trips, concerts, Cobie and Marley playtime, sporting events and most importantly watching the surprise on Andrea's face as Kyle popped the question while quietly videoing from around the corner. To the Schleighs!!

Kyle has been many things to me: a teammate, a roommate, a travel buddy, and a best friend. I am truly honored and can’t wait to add groomsman to that résumé. Some of my favorite memories with Kyle include our famous “hat draw” trips to Denver (before he lived there), Chicago, and L.A. As a roommate, I got to see and spend a lot of time with Andrea. I can confidently say that she and Kyle have been perfect for each other since day 1, and I’m just glad that this moment has FINALLY arrived! Kyle and I spent a lot of our formative years together; we grew up together; and I can’t wait to be along for the ride for this next big milestone. I’m looking forward to celebrating the couple with friends from all over… and in the words of Vince Vaughn, “Mazel Tof”

Andrea is someone I feel like I’ve known my whole life and I could go on and on about how intelligent, beautiful, loving, supportive, loyal, adventurous, and fun she is! Her and Kyle have been together the duration of our friendship, so I’ve always known them as a pair, and man, what an amazing pair they are! Their love and respect for each other is so beautiful and I feel incredibly lucky to have a front row seat in their upcoming wedding. I think both of us still worry that our husbands will run off together one day, leaving us alone together, which to be honest would be okay with me <3

Kyle and I's friendship began in the most absurd of ways, a "work trip" to go play basketball in Europe through our accounting firm, PwC...yes, you read that correctly. Nothing forms a bond like winning a championship, which, of course, we did, and haven't looked back since. We have stayed close friends in the years since the Euro-trip with me going down to visit him in Dallas and now Denver or him coming to the Midwest a few times each year. In August 2022, Frances (my wife) and I moved to Denver and have cherished the opportunity to spend more quality time with Kyle and Andrea. Nowadays, you can find the four of us skiing, camping, hiking, watching a sporting event, or going to a Red Rocks show on any given weekend!
