What is the schedule?

Everything will take place at the Kimberton Inn! This is the schedule for our big day: 3 pm - Ceremony 4 pm - Cocktails 5 pm - Reception

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have a block of rooms reserved at the Residence Inn Great Valley/Malvern; mention "Hayes Panno Wedding."

Question

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes, we've arranged transportation with Sterling Limousine & Transportation Services to and from our wedding venue for guests staying at the hotel. The shuttle will pick up hotel guests from the Residence Inn at 2:00 pm. Please be in the hotel lobby by 1:45 pm to ensure a timely departure. The shuttle will return to the wedding venue at 8:45 to start bringing guests back to the hotel.

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue.

Semi-formal / formal attire.

Is any part of the wedding outside?

Answer

Nope! We will be cozy indoors the entire time.

While we love all the kiddos in our family, our wedding will be adults only.
