Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm, so we request guests plan to arrive no earlier than 4:15pm. and no later than 4:45pm. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the conclusion of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring Travis and I have our special moment, uninterrupted.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests not explicitly stated on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be child free with the exception of our wedding parties children. Enjoy the night off!
We encourage our guests to dress their best! We ask that it be semi-formal. Our wedding party will be wearing floor length dresses and/or suits for a little reference.
Hillsboro is about 45 mins from DFW area, please plan accordingly. Will you have a designated driver planned? If not, Hillsboro has several hotels in the area, as our wedding party will stay the weekend in one.
Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographers and videographers are able to do their best work in capturing our big day. We kindly ask you to respect our wishes and keep personal cameras and cell phones tucked away until the ceremony has concluded. We love memories so, please take as many photos during our reception and party!
Yes! Feel free to bring your own drinks, our venue simply asks that it is not glass bottles. We will also have a margarita machine and some beer for guests. Make sure you have designated drivers planned.
During the ceremony the first few rows will be reserved for our immediate family but all others are open seating. There will be designated seating for the reception and we will have a seating chart up on the big day to direct you to your seat!
We will make our exit at 11 pm and our vendors will promptly begin breaking down at that time.
