We have booked a block of rooms for Friday the 18th and Saturday the 19th. To book, click the “view” button below, or search by our unique group code “ADJ” and the dates (08.18.23-08.20.23) on the Canopy Hilton Philadelphia website. You can also call and ask for the Johnson-Long block of rooms! Check-in is at 4:00. They cannot guarantee early check-in. The rate is $179/night. Parking is $60 per night, we suggest parking in a nearby overnight car lot to save money!

Travel Note

Shuttle Service

A yellow school bus will be provided as a shuttle for guests. Pickup time: 5:00 at Canopy Hilton Center City. The bus will pick guests up after the reception at Valley Green Inn at 11:15 PM and bring guests back to the Canopy Hilton. The school bus seats 40 people. First come, first serve!
