Will the ceremony be on the beach?

No, we're saying our vows on the Oasis Cay Lawn. So no worries, you'll be on solid ground!

Is the venue air conditioned?

Answer

Yes! While our ceremony is outdoors, the island winds keep it nice and breezy. The reception will be in the Dolphin Ballroom, which does have central air conditioning.

Is Hawks Cay an all-inclusive resort?

Answer

Unfortunately, our venue is NOT an all-inclusive resort, so food, drinks, and additional amenities will be at the guests' expense but can be charged to their room.

Will there be transportation within the resort?

Answer

Yes! Guests can request a golf cart pickup for transportation anywhere within the resort.

Do we have to stay on property?

Answer

No, you’re not required to stay on property, but we chose this resort to make attending the wedding as convenient as possible! If you do book a stay at Hawks Cay, please note that resort amenities will only be accessible if you book through our link or directly through the hotel.
