ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION AT THE SAME PLACE?

Answer

No, the ceremony will take place at 1 PM. Feel free to come in less formal attire! After the ceremony, you can return to your hotel, check in if needed and get ready for the reception, which will begin at 5:30 PM. The Hotel Indigo bus will be leaving at 4:45 PM If you're not staying overnight, be sure to check out the "Things to Do" tab for ideas of where to go in between!

IS THE VENUE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

Both! Cocktail hour, dancing, and the bar will all be outside, while dinner will be held indoors. Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather and stay hydrated throughout the day!

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE RECEPTION?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be available to take Hotel Indigo and Hampton Maid guests to and from the reception venue. Hotel Indigo guests: For transportation to the reception, please meet in the lobby by 4:45 PM.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE WELCOME PARTY

Transportation will not be provided to and from the welcome party on Friday evening, so we kindly ask guests to arrange their own transportation for that event.
