We have done a lot of research trying to figure out what's the easiest and cheapest way to travel over.
Option 1 - Fly from Dublin to Riga Latvia via Ryanair. (Can rent a car and drive to Tallinn).
Option 2 - Fly from Dublin to Tallinn with Scandinavian air (There is a layover).
