Here is some information on where to stay! Unfortunately we are only able to block off a small number of rooms at each hotel, so it was recommended to us that you reserve a room as soon as you are able to. Even if you are unsure if you are able to make it, you can reserve now and cancel later if needed. Also be mindful of the Bay Bridge traffic! It has been brought to our attention that most hotel check in's won't be until after 3pm. Keep that in mind as well! Maybe stay an extra night and enjoy Friday morning exploring around the area. We will be providing transportation to and from the hotel if you choose. More to come on pickup times. The hotels are about a 10 minute drive from the venue, with plenty of parking options at the venue as well.
