Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We recommend staying at the Airlie. There will be a ton of activities on site and you will be a short walk away from the Ceremony and Reception.

Question

Why Airlie?

Answer

While the breathtaking grounds sold us for our wedding venue, it is also a very historic place that we did not know of. Earth day was founded on the grounds in 1970, Dr. Martin Luther King started his famous "I Have a Dream" Speech here, and in 1988 National Coming Out Day was founded here.

Question

Are there any places to eat at the Airlie?

Answer

Yes! There are multiple places to eat on site so you really don't have to leave all weekend! All food at the Airlie is also farm to table, either grown from their personal garden or from a farm near by. You can visit the Airlie Dinning Room which is open from 7:30 am - 10:00 am for breakfast, Noon - 2:00 pm for lunch, and 6:00 - 8:00 pm for dinner. There is Also Harry's who will be hosting our Welcome Event and the After Party! They are open on Friday & Saturday from 11:30 - Midnight and Sunday 11:30 am - 10:00 pm. Harry's is also available for Room Service! Just dial 540.341.3265 or 3265 from any Airlie phone.
